Returns & Exchanges

All Out of Office coloring books are final sale. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Order Changes & Cancellations

We can only attempt to make changes to your order within 24 hours of purchase, including order cancellations and shipping address changes.

We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, orders may begin processing immediately, and we may not be able to cancel or modify an order once it has entered fulfillment.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may be unable to make changes to the shipping address.
